“Startups have low budgets and less patience” says Rishabh Dev, founder of Mapplinks a company that provides growth hacking education and consulting. “This is why Growth hacking is the right solution for them.” adds Rishabh.
He gives the example of a food delivery app that provided ‘ghar ka khana’ to people in Bengaluru. “When they used social media marketing they realized that they were hitting the same target audience on Facebook. This was not helping their business grow. Growth hacking is about finding the right channels, based on your consumer personas and then using it creatively to leverage the power of the channel or network,” he explains.
